Pop of Pink Wedding

Nichole got ready inside the Bridal Suite at Serra Plaza the headed over to Mission San Juan Capistrano for her first look with Connor. Her lace wedding gown, Nichole approached Connor, and on the photographer cue, he turned around. Smiles immediately filled the bride and groom’s faces and sweet compliments were exchanged. After the sweet moment, the couple joined their wedding party for group photos, then headed back to Serra Plaza for the ceremony.

Guests signed Nichole and Connnor’s guest book and took a seat in the Courtyard. Pink, peach, and white flowers lined the aisle and decorated the ceremony backdrop. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with an emotional closing as Connor watched his beautiful bride make her way down the aisle. In front of all their closest friends and family, the bride and groom read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Guests enjoyed cocktail hour while the newlyweds were off posing for photos as husband and wife. Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Beef Picadillo Empanadas were tray passed and signature Greyhound and Jalapeno Cucumber Margarita cocktails were served. After plenty of mixing and mingling, everyone checked the seating chart and headed back to the Courtyard for reception.

Tables were topped in candles and fresh floral centerpieces. Nichole and Connor made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Toasts were shared and Pear and Walnut Salad was served followed by Lemon and Thyme Chicken and Short Rib Rotolo Bolzano with Roasted Asparagus and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Brittany, during their planning process. After dinner, the couple cut into their wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in our Kouign Amann Station. Energized from dinner and a little something sweet, guests headed to the dance floor. Everyone showed off their best moves, and before long, they headed inside to continue the party with a live band. The newlyweds surprised their guests with a late night snack of Meat Lovers Mini Pizzas and Mini Corn Dogs and the Lounge lit up with glow sticks. The evening ended with lots of dancing and well wishes shared with the bride and groom.
