Romantic White Wedding at Serra Plaza

Romantic White Wedding at Serra Plaza

Alfonso and Kim got ready with their bridal parties on the morning of their wedding, then met on the second floor for their first look at Serra Plaza. A tap on the shoulder signaled Alfonso to turn around, and when he did, an emotional first look between him and his bride was shared. The couple showered each other in compliments and read personalized vows before joining their wedding party for group pictures back downstairs. Champagne and black outfits were worn by the bride and groom’s friends, and together they smiled for the camera creating lasting memories for years to come.

Guests entered Serra Plaza’s courtyard, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, then took a seat. White roses and gypsophila decorated the ceremony space. Once everyone was in attendance, the music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and family, Kim and Alfonso recited vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Sesame Shrimp and Mango Spring Rolls, Sticky Pork Belly Bites, and Fig, Goat Cheese and Mascarpone Tarts were tray passed for cocktail hour while Paloma and Moscow Mule signature drinks were poured. Guests mixed and mingled in the lounge while the newlyweds wandered around the venue posing for pictures together as husband and wife. The couple joined their guests at the end of cocktail hour for some live music, then invited everyone back to the courtyard for dinner.

Tables were topped with white floral centerpieces and flickering candles creating a romantic ambiance. Kim and Alfonso made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Games were played and Thai Three Flavored BBQ Chicken and Vietnamese Lemongrass Pork with BBQ Pork Fried Rice and Asian Cucumber Salad was served. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Brittany. While everyone enjoyed dinner, toasts were shared. After dinner, the newlyweds cut into their 2-tiered almond wedding cake with chocolate mousse filling and invited their guests to indulge in our All American Dessert Station with a collection of S’more Macarons, Gourmet Rice Krispy Treats, Chocolate Ganache Brownies, Strawberry Shortcakes, and Chocolate Chip Cookies. The remainder of the evening was spent dancing with the bride and groom and taking selfies to remember the celebratory day.
