Blush and Sage Wedding at Serra Plaza

Blush and Sage Wedding at Serra Plaza

Michelle and her bridesmaids and Anthony and his groomsmen got ready and posed for group pictures at Serra Plaza while guests began filing into the Courtyard for the ceremony. Ghost chairs were set in rows facing the Spanish fountain framed in by terracotta, ivory, and blush floral pillars and sparkling chandeliers hung above. Music filled the air as the last guest took their seat and the wedding party made their entrances down the aisle ending with Michelle. In front of all their loving family and closest friends, Anthony and Michelle read handwritten vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Ellie’s Parmesan Meatballs and Crab Cakes were tray passed around the Lounge while the bar served the newlywed’s signature drinks, a Mojito and Whiskey Sour. The couple posed for photos together and with their wedding party while guests mixed and mingled inside. As cocktail hour came to an end, everyone checked the seating chart and headed back out to the Courtyard for reception.

Flickering candles and fresh floral centerpieces topped each reception table and stone table numbers helped guests find their assigned seats. Michelle and Anthony made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Chicken Piccata, Tortellini Corsica, Italian Green Beans, Red Roasted Garlic Potatoes, and Caesar Salad was served as friends and family shared toasts. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Patti. After dinner the couple cut into their personal chocolate wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in our All American Dessert Station with a collection of S’more Macarons, Gourmet Rice Krispy Treats, Chocolate Ganache Brownies, Individual Strawberry Shortcakes, and Fresh Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies. Full from a delicious meal, guests hit the dance floor. The celebratory energy kept everyone on their feet showing off their best moves. Working up a late night appetite, the newlywed’s surprised everyone with Fried Chicken and Waffle Bites and Mini Meat Lovers Pizzas. The night ended with friendly goodbyes and well wishes for Michelle and Anthony.
