Green and Pink Floral Cloud Wedding

Green and Pink Floral Cloud Wedding

Angela and Harrison met inside Mission San Juan Capistrano at the Ruins of the Great Stone Church for their first look. Smiles immediately filled their faces when they saw each other for the first time that day and sweet compliments were shared. The photographer snapped a few photos around the Mission, then the couple headed back to Serra Plaza for the ceremony.

Pink, white, and green clouds of florals lined the aisle and decorated the Spanish fountain. Guests signed Angela and Harrison’s guest book and found a seat inside the Courtyard under sparkling chandeliers. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Angela. In front of all their closest friends and loving family, the bride and groom read handwritten vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Crab Cakes and Fig, Goat Cheese, and Mascarpone Tarts made their rounds in the Lounge while the bar served up the newlywed’s signature drinks, a Mojito and Moscow Mule. A live violinist serenaded guests while they mixed, mingled, and posed for selfies with the bride and groom. As soon as the sun began to set, everyone headed back outside into the Courtyard for the reception.

Tables were topped with khaki napkins, printed menus, taupe and white candles, table numbers, glasses of champagne, and pink, white, and green floral centerpieces. Harrison and Angela made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Grilled Panzanella Salad was served, the toasts began. While guests were clinking glasses, the main course of Vietnamese Braised Short Ribs and Honey and Ginger Glazed Salmon with Gochujang Brussels Sprouts and Wasabi Mashed Potatoes was served. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Arielle. After dinner the newlyweds invited everyone to indulge in our Italian Dessert Station with a collection of Fresh Fruit Tarts, Chocolate Dipped Cannoli, Florentine Cookies, Meyer Lemon Cheesecake Bars, and Mini Italiano Tiramisu Cupcakes for a little something sweet. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves and sharing their well wishes with the bride and groom.
