Serra Plaza Courtyard Reception

After tying the knot off-site, Sara, CJ, their wedding party and guests gathered in the Serra Plaza Lounge for cocktail hour. Crab Cakes, Roasted Cherry Tomato Bruschetta and Ellie’s Parmesan Meatballs were tray passed while the bar served up the newlywed’s signature drinks, an Aperol Spritz and Old Fashioned. A vintage inspired lounge was set in front of the indoor fireplace offering guests a comfortable place to sit back and relax. Everyone mixed and mingled while the bride and groom posed for romantics together as husband and wife. Once the sun began to set, guests checked the seating chart and headed out to the Courtyard for the reception.
Tables topped with white floral-filled bud vases, black linen napkins, and brown goblets surrounded a white dance floor. As soon as everyone was seated, Sara and CJ made their grand entrance, shared their first dance and took a seat at their head table. Friends and family shared toasts and tables were excused one by one to fill their plates with Chicken Piccata, Tri-Tip Carvery, Tortellini with Creamy Pesto, Red Roasted Garlic Potatoes, Fresh Vegetable Medley, and Caesar Salad. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Brittany. After dinner, the couple cut into their Lemon Blueberry wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in our All American Dessert Station with a collection of S’more Macarons, Gourmet Rice Krispy Treats, Chocolate Ganache Brownies, Strawberry Shortcakes and Fresh Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies. The evening ended out on the dance floor with everyone showing off their best moves and sharing their well wishes with the bride and groom.
